Of course! What’s a better gift than a gift card to your favorite salon? Gift cards can be purchased in salon or online under the “Book Now” tab!

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and other tapping methods! If paying cash please have exact amount as change may not always be available. 

Due to the fact that we offer permanent makeup ianyone under the age of 18  is not allowed in a tattoo establishment. The safety and comfort of our guests and stylists are our top priorities. Due to the potential hazards present in a salon environment, we kindly request children under the age of 10 do not accompany you to your appointment. If childcare cannot be arranged, we ask that these guests kindly reschedule their appointments to a time that better suits both them and their stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you.  As a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. If you are over 10-15 minutes we may have to reschedule or not be able to preform each service you had desired to receive that day.

Because our services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” Which will be required to be paid prior to your next appointment. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. 

No refunds or returns. While we pride ourselves in providing thorough consultations to eliminate this we understand sometimes you might not end up with your desired look. In the event this happens please contact us.
